My FAVORITE Way to start the Day… The R2P PBJ Smoothie

Hey guys! Happy 2024! I get asked quite often for smoothie ideas so I am going to build a collection of R2P Smoothie ideas, starting with the R2P PBJ Smoothie! 

This recipe is high in protein, very nutrient dense and has a great amount of healthy fat and high fiber carbohydrates to start your day off on a very balanced note. This recipe only takes about 10 minutes from start to finish so it is great for busy mornings. I truly hope you enjoy it and if you make it please let me know!

The R2P PBJ Smoothie

Serving Size: 1 Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of frozen dark sweet cherries
  • ¼ cup of frozen wild Maine blueberries
  • 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
  • ½ scoop of unflavored collagen protein powder (*optional but contributes 35 Kcals & 9g of protein to the totals below) 
  • ½ Tablespoon of natural peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of PBFit Powder
  • 1 ¼ cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender, Blend & Enjoy!

  • 409 Kcals, 39g of Carbs, 9g of Fiber, 9g of Fat, and 43g of Protein
