Welcome to August everyone! We are wrapping up our summer and our favorite seasonal fruits. One of my personal favorites is peaches! Peaches are wonderful and very nutrient dense and at only 50-60 kcals for a medium fruit they pack a punch of vitamin A and vitamin C without ruining your weight loss plan. Peaches are also full of polyphenols which are a category of antioxidants that can help fight against cancer. 

One of my favorite ways to use peaches is with baked oatmeal! Here is an easy to follow recipe for Peach Baked Oatmeal that will have you embracing every second of this warm summer weather and delicious fruit!
