Are you ready to take your running to the next level? Whether you’re looking to complete your first 10k or aiming to build your mileage to over 20 miles per week, my new training program is designed to help you achieve your goals safely and effectively.

Why This Program?

People often see the jump from a 5k to a 10k as very daunting. This program ensures that you not only can achieve this distance, but exposes you to a variety of training runs that improve your overall fitness and allow you to perform your best. This program is also perfect for those who have a desire to run a half or full marathon but need to get their mileage to a place that guarantees they are prepared to start those programs. Best of all, this program is specific to you and your level of fitness. 

What 2 Expect

  • 12-week 10k Training Program: If you’re new to the 10k distance, the plan gradually increases your mileage and intensity, ensuring your body adapts properly. You’ll start with manageable distances and slowly build up to the full 10k by training 3 or 4 days per week.
  • Mileage Building: For those looking to enhance their weekly mileage, the plan focuses on incremental increases. This plan includes a mix of easy runs, longer runs, and tempo/pace runs to keep you progressing without overtraining.
  • Easily outlined explanations of your workouts including the prescribed time/distance, desired intensity, and the purpose of the workout.
