Each run will start with a proper dynamic warmup, followed by a couple miles, finishing with a Cool Down and Strength Exercises focusing on different areas of the body.

A Running Analysis at R2P provides you a comprehensive understanding of your body's performance and running mechanics, helping you avoid common pitfalls and achieve your running goals more effectively. Whether you’re training for a marathon or simply running for fitness, the insights gained from an assessment can be a game-changer.
