Too often, people disqualify themselves from the word.
“I’m not fast enough.”
“I’m too old for that.”

It’s not about being on a team or chasing trophies. It’s about making movement a priority. It’s about showing up for yourself: when it’s hard, when it’s uncomfortable, and when no one’s watching.

- Reframe your self-talk
Start with this sentence: “I am training for ___.” It could be a race, a vacation, your health, your grandkids. Fill in the blank. That’s your mission. - Move intentionally
Instead of working out to burn calories or check a box, train to get stronger, more mobile, and more capable over time. - Find a partner in progress
