I Have Sciatica, Now What? Part 2

Will sciatica come back again? 

A majority of people are able to return to the activites they love doing without any discomfort or pain. Though this is not the case for everyone, the goal is to provide you with education, strategies and exercises in which reduce the likelihood of sciatica returning ever again. Through the education, strategies and exercises, you have new information and a new routine which allows you to be more in control of the situation. 

If we revert back to some of our previous habits, the likelihood of sciatica returning increases. 

Do I need any special equipment to heal my sciatica? 

At Rehab 2 Perform, we believe that a minimalistic approach is the best approach. Often times, your body is the best piece of "equipment" that we use to work on limitations, address obvious asymmetries and improve our physical ability. 

Sometimes, we may use things like small bands, weights, kettlebells, foam rollers and other equipment that you might see at your local gym. The intent is to work with you on what you have access to to build a plan that is right for you!
