    • Daily Greens Plus is a great supplement for patients who do not wish to take a multivitamin or do not like to swallow capsules. This supplement also provides a high dose of phytonutrients, antioxidants and compounds found in greens like wheat grass and medicinal mushrooms including Lion’s Mane and reishi.   3. Magnesium Bisglycinate
    • There are many different isomers of magnesium, but this form specifically is great for supporting high quality sleep and relaxation. Adults need to increase their magnesium intake as they age since the rate of absorption does diminish as we get older. I would recommend mixing this for 4-6oz of water about 30 minutes before bed.
