Dr. Kate Hettiger, DPT
Performance Physical Therapist
Kate grew up in Carmel, IN where she played basketball and lacrosse. She continued her lacrosse career in college playing at Augustana College from 2018 to 2022 and served as a three-time captain. She obtained a B.A. in Biology and went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. She completed a clinical rotation with Dr. Zach Baker and Dr. Zach Kronick at the Frederick clinic.
Kate's passion for athletics is backed by years of experience, including coaching travel lacrosse throughout college and a local high school team while earning her PT degree. This passion for sports and performance drew her to physical therapy early on where she can empower her patients to reach beyond their limits and advocate for themselves as they recover from injury.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending her time working out, playing and coaching lacrosse, hiking, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
