Dr. Karly Keil, DPT

Performance Physical Therapist

Karly Keil

Karly grew up in the small town of Camden, NY, where she was immersed in a tight-knit community that values hard work and supporting one another. These small-town values have shaped Karly both personally and professionally, fostering her commitment to helping others and building strong, meaningful relationships with her patients. From an early age, Karly found her passion for sports, excelling in soccer, volleyball, and track & field throughout high school. While all sports held a special place in her heart, soccer was her true passion, which she continued to pursue at the collegiate level.

Karly attended Nazareth University, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), combining her love for movement and sports with her desire to help others. Throughout her education and career, Karly has been committed to empowering athletes and active individuals to overcome injuries and return to their exercise and sports routines with confidence and strength. She is particularly passionate about sports rehabilitation and has developed extensive experience working with diverse populations, including youth, geriatric individuals, weekend warriors, high school athletes, and professional competitors. Her professional expertise allows her to tailor her approach to each patient’s unique needs, ensuring that they not only recover but excel in their physical activities. She is currently on the path to becoming dry needling certified, further expanding her skill set to provide cutting-edge treatments for her patients.

One of Karly’s greatest strengths is her ability to connect with her patients through education and collaboration. She believes that empowering her patients with knowledge and fostering strong clinician-patient relationships is key to encouraging self-confidence and autonomy throughout the rehabilitation process. Karly takes pride in guiding individuals toward their performance goals and helping them become the best versions of themselves, both physically and mentally.

Outside of the clinic, Karly maintains her own active lifestyle. She enjoys weightlifting, explosive and plyometric training, and walking mini goldendoodle - Kali. She also participates in local recreational soccer leagues and playing sports tennis and pickleball with friends. Karly's personal experiences as an athlete and her passion for physical therapy make her a compassionate and motivating guide for individuals on their own journeys to recovery and peak performance.
Whether in the clinic or on the field, Karly is driven by her mission to help active individuals feel their absolute best and reach their fullest potential.
