Performance Physical Therapist

Ashley was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and played basketball, golf and softball at Parkville High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland College Park and developed a passion for the human body, movement and sport performance. Her passion for rehabilitation and interest in the athletic population grew as she got the opportunity to be a sports medicine student intern at Maryland. Ashley then went on to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Master of Science in Athletic Training at Shenandoah University. In this program, she got the opportunity to gain mentorship, knowledge and experience during her clinicals with various populations at the University of Arizona, DeMatha Catholic High School and Rehab2Perform, to name a few. Ashley is also a Certified Athletic Trainer furthering her commitment to serving athletes and the active population through all phases.

Ashley is passionate about helping athletes and individuals of all ages progress through their own unique journey throughout the rehabilitation process. She loves helping people get back to activities they enjoy and maximizing their performance in those activities. Ashley seeks to bridge the gap between acute/chronic injury, rehabilitation and performance by implementing a patient focused, holistic approach.
