Considering that many sports have a more anaerobic bias, this is a great GENERAL conditioning test for individuals as they go through a longer rehab process, or are earlier in their off season programming. The goal is to have a foundation of which to build more sport-specific programming off of, for many athletes.
This is a great standard to shoot for if you want to prioritize:
• Anaerobic fitness
• Moderate tempo running tolerance
• Change of direction tolerance at moderate tempos
• General physical preparation
Our Standards
- Athletes - 60 seconds
- Active Adult - 70 second
- Elite Athletes - 50 seconds or under
- On the Path to Be My Best Self (Scaled) - 90 seconds is a great starting point
