Powered by FXA & Rehab 2 Perform, this session blends practical education with guided movement to help you better understand how your deep core and pelvic floor work together to support lifting, running, cutting, and everyday performance.

This isn’t about doing more crunches. It’s about building stability, improving control, and developing strength that transfers to sport and life. You’ll learn how to breathe, brace, and move in a way that supports power and confidence, whether you’re on the field, in the gym, or chasing after life outside of sport.
