Dr. Sarah Reinhard, DPT, ATC
Performance Physical Therapist
Sarah grew up outside Cleveland, Ohio where she played both volleyball and softball competitively. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Baldwin Wallace University in Athletic Training and nutrition while competing on their varsity volleyball team. She always knew she wanted to work with athletes like herself, but had limited exposure to physical therapy until her junior year of college. Once introduced to the field, she immediately fell in love with the rehab process and gratification of helping athletes return to their sport confidently.
She later moved to the DMV to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at The University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2024. During that time, she worked as an Athletic Trainer for the Community College of Baltimore County and stayed active in the local community by working at Baltimore Beach volleyball courts.
After graduation, Sarah worked as a travel physical therapist for a year and a half, completing contracts in Virginia, Texas, Colorado, and Maryland. While she loved the experience of traveling the country, she missed having a home base and a strong sense of community, which ultimately brought her back to Silver Spring and to Rehab 2 Perform. Since moving back to the DC area, she has joined many Volo volleyball teams and enjoys taking F45 workout classes. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and competing in the occasional race or fitness competition.
