Dr. Lauren Frommert, DPT
Performance Physical Therapist
Lauren was born in Hopkinsville, KY while her father was stationed with the Army at Fort Campbell, but grew up in Burke, VA from the first grade onward. She attended Lake Braddock High School and was a part of two State Championship soccer teams during her junior and senior year.
She attended Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA and graduated with a bachelor of science degree in Biology in 2011. During her time at CNU, she played Division III soccer continuing her love for all things athletics. In 2015, she graduated from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Virginia with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
Her clinical experience has revolved around helping patients overcome their limitations to get back to doing what they love most. For the past 4 years, she proudly worked within the Holistic Health and Fitness program for the U.S. Army, First Armored Brigade Combat Team at Fort Bliss, TX.
Lauren recently moved to Maryland with her husband, daughter and their family hound dog Granger. She enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors.
