Dr. Jessica Ehret, DPT
Performance Physical Therapist
Jess is originally from Broad Channel, NY where you could always find her playing sports. She was a multisport athlete throughout high school with a primary focus on softball. She continued her softball career in college playing at Mount Saint Mary College from 2018-2022. She knew before entering college that pursuing a career in physical therapy and sports rehabilitation was the ultimate end goal. Jess earned her B.A. in Psychology from MSMC sparking her interest in navigating both the mental and physical side of rehabilitation. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Radford University and completed her final clinical rotation with Dr. Mathis at R2P’s Leesburg location.
Jess pursued a career in physical therapy driven by her passion for staying active and her commitment to encourage others to be the best version of themselves. She has experience working with a diverse range of individuals including youth, high school, collegiate, and active individuals. Jess is dedicated to supporting individuals in safely returning to their desired activity with improved mental and physical confidence. Outside of the clinic Jess loves staying active playing pickleball, softball, weightlifting. She also loves to travel and is an avid concert enthusiast.
