Dr. Haven Lynott, DPT
Performance Physical Therapist

Haven grew-up in Myersville, Maryland where she was a three-sport athlete throughout high school, competing in basketball, field hockey, and lacrosse. During her undergraduate studies at Messiah University, Haven played club field hockey in her first year before dedicating her remaining three years to collegiate Division III women’s lacrosse with the Messiah University
Falcons (2020-2022). While at Messiah she earned a B.S. in Applied Health Science with a Pre-Physical Therapy focus, and subsequently completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
Haven’s passion for serving others has led her to the profession of physical therapy. She has developed valuable experience with individuals across diverse age groups and varying activity
levels, addressing a wide variety of orthopedic and sport-related injuries. Haven completed her second clinical rotation with Dr. Corrie Jones at R2P’s Frederick location.
As a physical therapist, Haven is committed to helping individuals move past their physical challenges, get back to doing what they love, and learn how to prevent further injuries. Outside
of the clinic, Haven enjoys staying active by training for half and full marathons alongside her husband, Kevin. She also loves taking adventurous walks with their dog, Bo, and finds balance
in life by spending quality time with loved ones.
