DUMBBELL PASS

Dumbbell Pass —> Shoulder Mobility Test

A quick hitting shoulder mobility screen used to determine whether an athlete or active adult has enough baseline shoulder range of motion. This mobility move combines 6 motions in each of the 3 planes:

  • Shoulder Flexion & Extension
  • Shoulder Abduction & Adduction
  • Shoulder External & Internal Rotation

This is a great standard to shoot for if you want to prioritize:

• Baseline Shoulder Pre-Requisites
• Athletic Movements with the Upper Body
• Shoulder Health
• Overall Upper Body Resilience
