Dumbbell Pass —> Shoulder Mobility Test
A quick hitting shoulder mobility screen used to determine whether an athlete or active adult has enough baseline shoulder range of motion. This mobility move combines 6 motions in each of the 3 planes:
- Shoulder Flexion & Extension
- Shoulder Abduction & Adduction
- Shoulder External & Internal Rotation
This is a great standard to shoot for if you want to prioritize:

• Athletic Movements with the Upper Body
