Dr. Zachary Kronick, DPT
Performance Physical Therapist
Zach grew up outside of Albany, NY as a multisport athlete, eventually focusing solely on baseball. In high school, he experienced a shoulder injury which was the start of his interest in the field of physical therapy. After a successful completion of physical therapy, Zach continued his baseball career at McDaniel College in Westminster, MD. During his senior collegiate season, Zach set multiple single season pitching records while helping the team set a program record for wins and achieve a national ranking. At the end of the season, he was recognized as the Centennial Conference Pitcher of the Year, the first in McDaniel College history.
He graduated with a B.A. in Exercise Science and then returned to McDaniel College to complete a M.S in Kinesiology, while serving as a graduate assistant coach for the baseball team. While coaching, he was heavily involved with recruiting, personnel decisions, and player development with a focus on pitching. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Arcadia University, completing his final clinical placement at R2P with Dr. Zach Baker and Dr. Grant Westbrook at the Frederick clinic.
Zach has experience working with a wide range of individuals, from high-level athletes to active adults. He enjoys developing interpersonal relationships with his patients to create a positive and empowering rehab environment. He hopes to integrate his experiences into patient care, helping individuals confidently return to their desired athletic or lifestyle goals.
