Dr. Rebecca Moore, DPT
Pelvic Health Specialist
Rebecca grew up in Frederick County, MD since third grade and played various sports growing up, with soccer being her primary sport. After graduating from Middletown High School, she attended Stevenson University for undergraduate studies and was recruited to be a part of the Women’s Soccer Team as a goalkeeper. Unfortunately, she sustained a bad concussion during her freshman year and was unable to continue playing soccer competitively. This injury experience, both mentally and physically, led her to physical therapy and a career in the field. Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Stevenson University then earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University.
Rebecca loves being able to empower people with knowledge and see that reflected in their performance. She wants people to feel strong, capable, and informed while they work through an injury or striving to perform better within their day or training. She enjoys working with various patient presentations and is always up for a challenge. When not in the clinic, Rebecca enjoys being active, gardening, home improvements, baking, and spending time with family and friends. She has previously competed in powerlifting, but truly has a passion for all lifting sports.
