Dr. Isaac Cox, DPT
Performance Physical Therapist

Isaac grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland, and graduated from Richard Montgomery High School. Having lived in Hong Kong, he is bilingual in Cantonese Chinese and English. He earned a B.A. in Psychology from UMBC, an M.S. in Sport Psychology from Capella University, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
With a background as a soccer player and over a decade of martial arts experience, including a 3rd-degree black belt in Uechi Ryu karate, Isaac understands the demands athletes face. He has trained in boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and jiujitsu, which fuels his passion for sports physical therapy. Isaac is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Strength Coach, and Performance Enhancement Specialist. He has worked with a multitude of patient populations but loves working with anyone who is trying to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Whether it’s building strength, improving performance, or recovering from injuries, Isaac is passionate about tailoring his approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
In his free time, Isaac enjoys martial arts, soccer, anime, and comic books. He also values quality time with his wife, family, and friends, balancing his active lifestyle with the relationships that matter most.
