WHO WE SERVE
- Competitive athletes chasing peak performance
- Active adults staying strong and moving well
- Anyone rebuilding mobility to get back to an active life
- Women navigating pregnancy and postpartum, and optimal pelvic health
Our Approach: Movement Health
At Rehab 2 Perform, every plan is built on Movement Health, our defining clinical framework. We develop three things together: Competency (moving well), Capacity (handling load without breaking down), and Conditioning (sustaining it over time). We assess, we don't guess, so your plan is built on what your body is actually doing, not a template.
Meet the Founder: Dr. Josh Funk, DPT
Rehab 2 Perform was founded by Dr. Josh Funk, DPT. A Division I lacrosse captain at Ohio State and former professional player in the National Lacrosse League, Josh avoided shoulder surgery through physical therapy as a college athlete. That experience built the company’s belief that you’re not here to rehab, you’re here to perform.
