Dr. Hailey grew up in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, where she was a competitive cheerleader throughout middle school and high school. After experiencing a series of injuries during her cheerleading career, she gained firsthand insight into the rehabilitation process and the important role physical therapy plays in helping athletes recover, regain confidence, and return to the activities they love. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career where she could make a meaningful impact on people’s lives by providing high-quality, individualized care.
Hailey attended Towson University, where she earned her B.S. in Exercise Science, and then attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences to achieve her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Throughout her clinical experiences, she developed a passion for orthopedic and sports physical therapy, working with individuals ranging from young athletes to active adults recovering from injury or surgery. As a physical therapist, Hailey believes every patient deserves a treatment plan that supports both recovery and long-term health. As an Annapolis resident, she is especially excited to serve the community she calls home and looks forward to working with athletes from local schools, youth sports organizations, and active members of the community.
