Dr. Jessica Sposato, DPT
Pelvic Health Specialist
Jessica Sposato earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2024 where she recognized how underserved pelvic floor dysfunction is within traditional healthcare. She is passionate about pelvic floor physical therapy and is dedicated to helping individuals understand, reconnect with, and restore this often overlooked foundation of the body. Jessica takes a whole body, root cause approach to treatment, recognizing that pelvic health is closely connected to how the entire body moves, heals, and functions. She loves helping people return to activities they love, and even goals they once thought were out of reach. She believes our bodies are incredibly intelligent, and sometimes healing begins with understanding symptoms instead of fearing them.
Outside of the clinic, Jessica enjoys cooking and exploring cuisines from around the world, weightlifting, and spending time with her husband tackling puzzles. She also has a strong passion for optimal nutrition, with a special interest in supporting health during pregnancy and the postpartum period. She believes that movement and education work together to help people thrive throughout every stage of life.
