Victoria Huott (pronounced "yacht, like a boat") was born and raised in Frederick County, MD, where she grew up as a multi-sport athlete, eventually focusing on volleyball. Her love for movement first drew her to physical therapy, but it was through her diverse PT school rotations that she discovered what she values most: helping people move in ways that make life more fun and uniquely theirs. She earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2019 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2025.

Between her degrees, Victoria spent three years coaching volleyball and training athletes of all sports and ages, an experience that fueled her passion for confidence-building and creating an environment where training becomes something people get to do, not have to do. It also showed her how deeply injury can shake a person’s sense of self, from a high school athlete sidelined from competition to an active adult limited in the activities they love. She now uses that perspective to guide recovery in ways that foster balance, resilience, and lifelong athleticism—whether that means returning to sport or simply staying active and capable in everyday life.

Victoria has trained across a wide range of settings, from pediatrics and cardiac rehab to athletics and post-surgical care. Some of her most impactful rotations were at the Under Armour Performance Center and Rehab 2 Perform, where she is now continuing her training as a Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) resident. She hopes to become an exceptional PT through her residency, sharpening her expertise while continuing to grow alongside her patients. She sees PT as more than a checklist of exercises—it’s a partnership built on movement, empowerment, and connection that lasts well beyond rehab. Outside the clinic, she enjoys outdoor activities, live music, and caring for her many plants and her cats, Lilo and Stitch.
