A quick hitting overhead mobility screen used to determine whether an athlete or active adult has enough shoulder mobility to easily get into positions needed for overhead pressing, snatches, pull & chin ups, overhead squats and more! This mobility is needed for many athletic tasks as well!

Our Standards
- Able to perform without rib and hip positioning changing. The rib position and lower back position of your body should not change in order to have the dowel touch the ground or wall.
