KNEE TO WALL - ANKLE MOBILITY
A quick hitting ankle mobility screen used to determine whether an athlete or active adult has enough ankle dorsiflexion. This mobility is needed for many athletic tasks such as squatting, accelerating, landing and more!
This is a great standard to shoot for if you want to prioritize:
- Ankle Health
- Squat Depth
- Ability to emphasize more of a knee strategy for bending in sports
- Overall Lower Body Resilience
Our Standards
- Able to perform without front of ankle discomfort at a fist distance from the wall.
