What does mentorship & onboarding look like at r2p?

Mentorship plays a large function in the core values and foundational principles at R2P. We believe in creating and fostering a work environment that prioritizes education and staff development. These two attributes drive optimal patient outcomes through enhancing clinical competence and confidence, as well as, aiding in the attraction and retention of high quality clinical talent. In order for mentorship to be effective, it needs to be both structured and intentional, with designated times and personnel allocated to these initiatives.
