Benefits Offered
Rehab 2 Perform offers benefits such as Medical, 401K plans, and Continued Education Financial Assistance, as well as Paid Time Off (PTO). Employees are eligible to participate in the Medical plans starting on the 1st of the month following the 30 days of employment. Employees are eligible to participate in the company 401K plan on the 1st of the month following one (1) full year of employment. Employees will accrue PTO beginning on the date of hire but will not be eligible to use the benefit until completion of the probationary period. During the first two (2) years of employment, you will accrue 80 hours of PTO annually. Bonuses available, following one (1) year of employment, based on productivity and achievement of standards. Financial assistance of up to $1,500 is provided to eligible employees for Certification, Training, and Continued Education. All company benefits are described in our Employee Handbook and will be reviewed during the new hire orientation. Employees will also be given the Summary Plan Descriptions for benefit plans upon hire and when plans are updated.
- Health Insurance – Medical Plan currently through Carefirst. Three plan options (Document attached). Rehab 2 Perform would contribute $150 each month to help offset that cost, which is deducted from your paycheck semi-monthly. Medical Enrollment can include dependent coverage.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) – For the first two years you would accrue 80 hours per year.
- 401K Plan – Simple IRA or Roth options after one full year with the company. R2P will match 3 full percentage points and .5 points on the 4th and 5th percentage of your earnings.
- Continued Education – Up to $1500 for Courses and Certifications per year, eligible after 6 months with R2P.
- Bonus Structure for meeting Productivity Standards – Available after one year with the company. $400 per quarter, if hit all quarters in a calendar year, an additional $400 (Total of potential $2000)
