Dr. Greg Ellis, DPT, CSCS
Performance Physical Therapist
Greg was raised in Mobile, Alabama where he attended St. Paul’s Episcopal School. Growing up, he played a variety of sports with a focus primarily on soccer. He continues to enjoy playing soccer, running, and training today. From a young age he took a profound interest in sports injury and rehabilitation leading him to pursue a career in physical therapy. He attended the University of Alabama where he earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences.
Following graduation, Greg moved to Baltimore to pursue his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Throughout school he took special interest in orthopedic and sports medicine. While in school, he pursued a certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist to gain a more specific knowledge of exercise science and performance training to assist in his treatment of the athletic and active populations.
Greg is committed to integrating the “whole patient” into treatment to ensure a safe and efficient return to activity with the ultimate goal of exceeding prior performance.
