Mike has competed in Olympic Style weightlifting for the last five years and remains heavily involved in numerous weightlifting and strength sport communities. He enjoys the beautiful complexity of the sport of weightlifting – a perfect blend of speed, strength, power, mobility, and coordination required to perform the snatch and clean and jerk at maximal potential.

Mike has an intense passion for integrating knowledge from the field of strength and conditioning along with understanding the intricacies of human biomechanics, physiology, neurology, and physics necessary to realize an individual’s performance potential. He enjoys the art of blending these integral aspects into a progressive plan geared towards achieving an individual’s desired performance and health related goals.
