Chris Folland, PTA
Performance Physical Therapy Assistant
Chris graduated from Carroll Community College’s PTA program and brings a love for all things sports and athletic related. There isn't a sport or a competition that he wouldn’t want to try at least once. As a PTA, Chris is not able to complete Initial Evaluations but will work with the team of clinicians at R2P to create and implement rehab programs designed to get you back to your activity of choice. Chris brings experience in a number of clinical settings, most recently was a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic PT facility.
Chris has lived in Carroll County since 1995 where he played Football, Basketball, and participated in some field events during outdoor track season at South Carroll as well as Century High School in Sykesville. After graduating from CHS, Chris went on to play Basketball for York College of Pennsylvania for 4 years. While playing basketball and battling the injuries that come along with it an interest was sparked in the rehab process of getting athletes back to 100% in the most effective and efficient way possible. After completing PT for a lumbar spine issue and speaking with both PTs and PTAs alike, a career path was developed that took him through the PTA program at Carroll Community College.
Chris currently lives in Mount Airy with his wife Megan and golden retriever puppy Sonny! He is an avid Baltimore Ravens and Orioles fan and enjoys playing basketball in his free time.
