Elevate your game with our Summer Performance Training Program

Looking to stay in peak shape for the club summer circuit or preparing for fall sports? Join Dr. Zach Baker in Frederick as he leads our performance training program starting June 18th.

Our performance training programs provide the tools needed to improve strength, endurance, speed, power, and flexibility.

  • Classes will be 75 min. long on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am
  • Open to high school and middle school athletes of all levels
  • Limited spots available (if necessary, second time will be added)
  • Cost is $300 for 12 total sessions ($25 per workout)
